There must be something special about the cuisine in Shenzhen
There are so many first stores in South China located in Shenzhen. Every time I go to Shenzhen, new gourmet restaurants keep emerging.
The first restaurant I visited during this trip to Shenzhen is Yulian Teahouse. I recommend the Hojicha Puffs and the Extra-Strong Hojicha with Amber Milk. They are slightly sweet but not greasy, and the tea flavor is rich and fragrant. I patronized it for two consecutive days!

The second one, “Carbohydrate Elite · Asian Kitchen” (Hongshan Branch), is just one stop away from Shenzhen North Railway Station. It is a new-style Southeast Asian restaurant with stable food quality and affordable prices. I recommend the beef short ribs, which are paired with apple sauce and have a fresh flavor. The braised beef brisket and tendons in curry are very tender and soft, and they go perfectly with rice. The curry pancakes are freshly baked, fragrant, crispy, and delicious.

The third one is ameigo Meiguo, which specializes in new-style Guizhou cuisine. The sour soup fish has been improved and is not too sour, making its taste more suitable for people in Guangdong. It is sweet and sour and not too spicy. In addition, I ordered a serving of Huaxi beef rice noodles, which was also very delicious.
